Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers the Dainvo public website, waitlist requests, and the Dainvo desktop application during alpha. Dainvo is still under active development, so features and data handling may change before a broader public release.

Website and Waitlist

If you contact us or join the waitlist, we may receive your email address and any message content you choose to send. We use that information to respond to you, manage alpha access, and send Dainvo product updates.

The current waitlist form opens an email addressed to contact@intagri.io. It does not submit your email to a separate waitlist database from this static website.

Desktop App Data

Dainvo stores app data such as calendars, calendar events, tasks, reminders, documents, and time blocks locally on your device. The app uses SQLite for local persistence.

OAuth flows, token storage, provider SDKs, raw provider credentials, sync logic, and the database connection are handled in Electron's main process. Renderer code accesses app functionality through typed preload IPC APIs.

Connected Providers

If you connect external services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, CalDAV, or Todoist, Dainvo processes the account and calendar or task data needed to provide sync and planning features. Those providers may also process your information under their own privacy policies.

Dainvo does not require client secrets to be bundled in the desktop app. Public desktop OAuth client IDs or tenant IDs may be included as application configuration.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information when needed to operate the product, comply with law, protect users or the service, or work with service providers that help us run email, hosting, analytics, support, or similar business operations.

Retention and Choices

You can ask us to remove your waitlist or contact information by emailing contact@intagri.io. Local desktop app data remains on your device unless you delete it, uninstall the app, or remove the relevant local data files.

Security

Dainvo is designed to keep sensitive desktop app operations behind the Electron main process and to avoid exposing tokens, refresh tokens, secrets, database paths, raw provider credentials, or database handles to the renderer.
